- What did you like most?The room was clean and fresh
- Was there anything you didn't like?No heating being previously put on considering the outside temperature ...was really cold in the room I also didn't like how the receptionist conducted her business, granted she had a difficult customer on the phone, but she didnt acknowledge us, or apologise for the wait, she was too busy talking to her colleague about not wanting to be there and was on a thin line with her manager as she was late again that day for her shift
