        • Was there anything you didn't like?
          Would never stay here again!! It all started by me going to the front desk to check in and my husband went in front of me because he asked for the rr. The guy there CHRIS looked at my husband in an ugly way when he asked him for the rr, and by his reaction I told him he’s with me I’m checking in. I thought I had paid my reservation thru an app. And did it as soon as he told me it wasn’t paid for. And on his end it didn’t show it was paid for and asked him to refresh his system maybe it was that! He rudely told me that he couldn’t check me in if I didn’t give him my card. And I told him I won’t give you my card and get charge twice!! And was very rude and told me if I didnt want to give him my card being that I was showing him my confirmation number which he didn’t even look at it and said he could cancel my reservation and I could go somewhere else!!! And told him I’m not leaving no where because my room is paid for and I’m showing u the payment confirmation and you’re not even looking at it. And he said I’m not dealing with this I’m calling the manager and I told him yes do that you’re being very rude ever since my husband asked you for the restroom you looked at him badly and now treating me bad don’t know how ur even in a front desk attending people like this. He calls his manager supposedly and acted like the victim making it seem like I didn’t want to give my card to pay when it was already paid for. He hung up and apparently the manager said I couldn’t get checked in without a card!!and told him i won’t give u my card because it’s already paid for!! And he said if you don’t want to give me ur card then I can cancel ur reservation and you can leave I won’t check u in. Got into it with him!!! And told him I wasn’t leaving!!! And again I would show him my phone with confirmation and he didn’t bother to see it. I had to call the third party and they said it was paid for tried explaining again and all of a sudden the room was paid for!!!
