Disappointing experience
- What did you like most?The room was clean and spacious.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff at the reception should look at my account properly before double charging me for the room, breakfast and extra merchant fees. Sending my invoice to a wrong email address. Having to contact them 2 days later to chase for refund and correct my email address. Key to the room does not work properly. Needing to get new once which is inconvinient. Better pillows for the room. Normal TV channels on the TV. The internet was poor. Next door room service food was left outside on the floor for the whole day before it was cleaned up. Staff at breakfast forgot about our order. When we recieve the food, it wasn't nice at all. Its a pity coz the La Petit Chef dinner show was great but the hotel experience was bad.
