Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting!!!!!!

- Was there anything you didn't like?I had to pay a service fee that I was not told about, however we received no service at all the entire stay. We asked for the beds to be remade on the first night as the sheets where dirty, got back from dinner and all they did was throw a blanket on the bed and didn't change the sheets. Safe was broken, asked them to fix it and nothing was done. On the 3rd day we asked again for the sheets to be changed and still nothing was done, even though they said they had, but dirt and stains where in the same place. Was only given 3 towels and no floor mat or hand towels or face washes. The towels where all old from the comfort Inn days, so at least 4 years old, Pillows where the same vintage. Carpet was so discussing that our feet where black just from walking from the bathroom to the bed. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor that remained there our entire stay, so room was not attended to once in an 8 day stay. A/C just blew the mould around the room, as the room stunk of mould.
