Disappointing
- What did you like most?Good location near the subway
- Was there anything you didn't like?After making the reservation, I was fed up with the five automated emails I received every day. The room heater was so loud I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs, so I turned it off, but the next morning the room temperature became 16 degrees. I'm sure I'd catch a cold. The $20 breakfast promotion isn't worth it. I'd be far better off going to a nearby Starbucks or Second Cup. I thought I'd get a discount through Booking.com, but they charged a sustainability fee and the room rate ended up being much higher than I expected. It's a shame considering the location is great.
Very good
