- Was there anything you didn't like?Hello, Upon arrival, I noticed several issues with the room and the reservation. The air conditioner was working instead of the heating system, which made the room extremely cold. In addition, there were no towels or tissues in the bathroom. I had to go and look for them myself, and they were not readily available. Despite the amount paid, breakfast was not included in the reservation. The hotel staff informed us that if we had booked directly with the hotel, breakfast would have been included. This means that Booking did not provide us with the best offer available at the hotel. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I believe these issues should be taken into consideration. Sincerely,
