TERRIBLE PLACE, DON'T STAY THERE!!!
- What did you like most?I travel to Toronto 4 times a month for work and the location is perfect.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel appeared to be quite empty and they put me in a room beside people that stayed up until 5am slamming doors, running up and down the hall, shouting, screaming etc. There is no way that the other guests could have slept through any of this craziness. I am a woman travelling alone for work and was quite concerned about complaining. Finally at 3am I called the Front Desk and said I couldn't take it anymore. The noise continued until 5am, so either the idiots causing this disturbance either died or passed out. Obviously they do not have any sort of security on staff to deal with this chaos. I am wondering also if they have people living their fulltime and this behaviour is normal for this hotel.
