Worse stay ever!!!
- What did you like most?It was clean and the room was spacious
- Was there anything you didn't like?1. Valet parking is the only option and it’s $69/night! The price is not stated in the info so once you are there it’s too late! 2. The restaurant is only open 2 hrs in the morning & then again at 5pm, so if you want food there is none midday! 3. Everything is over priced! 3 drinks/1snack at the snack store $40! 4. The standard breakfast that at most hotels is included is $22/pp! 4. Incidental deposit $300! 5. They charged me 2x at checking and the staff person could not correct it - only the manager! 6. They charged me an unknown $158 that is still not explained and now I need to dispute! 7. The last day of my stay all the elevators were down! Only 1 service elevator was working & everyone had to wait for staff to run people up & down! 8. I stayed during the winter storm & the building was not heated so you had to stay in your room the entire time! If I could give it zero stars I would! Worse experience ever!
