- What did you like most?Location handy to airport, looks nice outside, but when u have to follow the yellow line that disappears into door to old part No thanks Reception is nice looking. Elevators available Early check in available Offered another room
- Was there anything you didn't like?Did Not like the cat urine smell from cat urine stained hall ..Not liking having to walk looking where the other door is to get into the old side of the building to the 1005 rm it's awful, the smell of cat urine permeates through to the room, spider webs with spiders over the bed, contact phone did not work, not enough staff.. requestd housekeeping 6x ,never showed up I told her I was allergic to spiders still Noone showed..asked if housekeeping could bring ice with them..requested plug for my cell cord...Not..then gal at desk was alone could Not leave desk alone could not help..I went dwn to desk there was 6 employees present, but she had no help for me when I requested..we chked out after a 5 hours...I will Not go there again Not even for free...I have requested a refund and have Not heard back yet...
