Beautiful, historic hotel in Chinatown
- What did you like most?Decor and historic value of the hotel was beautiful. Our room was exactly as described. Great location and use of The Maxwell hotel pool and gym was a bonus. Canapes and Cocktails were beautifully presented. Staff went above and beyond to make us welcome each time we walked through the lobby door.
- Was there anything you didn't like?While we appreciated the historical essence of the hotel some practicalities of getting a heavy bag up stairs & into the lobby or up the curved staircase in the deluxe suite could be an issue for some.
We had a great time and the location was great.
- What did you like most?Lovely. Location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good food recommendations and directions with a smile. It was Charming. Near the metro.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Small room. We had to climb over each other to get out of bed. That was the negative. Especially in the middle of the night. The restaurant was very good but expensive.
